LOCATED WITHIN PEMBROKE TOWNSHIP; IT IS JUST 70 MILES SOUTH/EAST OF CHICAGO AND A SHORT 17 MILE TRIP EAST OF KANKAKEE; ON THE INDIANA BORDER.

HOPKINS PARK IS A RURAL COMMUNITY WHERE EVERYONE KNOWS THEIR NEIGHBORS.

THE COMMUNITY IS KNOWN FOR ITS FARMING, BLUEBERRY PATCHES, WILDLIFE, AFFORDABLE LIVING AND OPEN SPACE FOR HORSEBACK RIDING.
THE HISTORY INCLUDES BEING A STOP ON THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD.

MAJOR EVENTS IN HOPKINS PARK ARE PEMBROKE DAY CELEBRATED ON THE LAST WEEKEND OF AUGUST AND THE PEMBROKE RODEO ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.

THE VILLAGE OF HOPKINS PARK TRUSTEES AND I WORK HARD TO MEET COMMUNITY NEEDS AND ENHANCE LIVING CONDITIONS FOR RESIDENTS.

WE ENCOURAGE CITIZENS TO GET INVOLVED IN COMMUNITY EVENTS AND ATTEND BOARD MEETINGS.
